As a young man, Dennis Balthaser would look into the night sky and wonder at the secrets it held. Some years later Dennis bought a book about UFOs and his wonder turned to investigation. Today he has a library with over 90 books in reference to ufology.
Dennis served 3 years ('59-62) with the United States Army in the 815th Engineering Battalion. After some 33 years in Civil Engineering, Dennis retired from the Texas Department of Transportation in 1996. Having been keenly interested in the Roswell Incident of 1947, Dennis decided to move to Roswell, New Mexico, to pursue his avocation: Ufology.
Initially Dennis worked as an Engineering Consultant in Roswell, volunteering his time at the International UFO Museum and Research Center on weekends. Nine months later he resigned from the engineering firm, assuming the duties of IUFOMRC Operations Manager. He served on the Board of Directors and became the UFO Investigator for the Museum as a full time volunteer from 1996 until 1998, then began his research as an independent researcher.
Due to his love of ufology, his dedication and his exhaustive work, Dennis is regarded as a leading investigator and ufologist by his peers, communicating regularly with such well known researchers as Stanton Friedman, Frank Warren, Scott Ramsey (scottr@ExpressWireServices.com), and others in their quests to find the truth.

Chuck Zukowski is a Principle IC Mask Design Engineering Consultant with his company Zukowski Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has over 25 years of Graphic Mix Signal IC Microchip design and is an eight year former Reserve Deputy Sheriff with El Paso County Sheriff’s Department CO.
For the past 25 years Chuck has been researching and investigating the UFO/Paranormal phenomenon. As a field investigator, he’s appeared on radio and television shows discussing his investigations. Chuck approaches every investigation as a skeptic looking for any known possibility before claiming otherwise. He also implements new and innovative field experiments from time to time to enhance his investigations looking for new evidence.
Debbie Ziegelmeyer co-owns and manages three businesses with her husband in Imperial, Missouri. She was MUFONS’s first Star Team CMS case investigator and was appointed Missouri MUFON State Director in January 2009. Debbie has been actively involved in independent UFO/Paranormal investigations for over 15 years and was a volunteer archeologist on both the 2002 and 2006 Roswell digs appearing with her brother Chuck, on the SCI-FI “Roswell Crash Startling New Evidence” special in 2002 and on NBC’s SCI-FI Investigates “Roswell Re-visited” in 2006.
Not only has Debbie been speaking at UFO conferences across the country since 2002, she’s also found the time to be a PADI Scuba Instructor who wrote and taught the very first Underwater UFO/USO Search and Recovery Course in 2005. Debbie and her husband also founded “World of Water Foundation” in 2007, which is dedicated to introducing veterans and children with special needs to the world of underwater through scuba and snorkeling.
Chuck and Debbie will be combining their talents for two separate lectures.
Missouri UFO Investigations and Cattle Mutilation Lecture:
Debbie will lecture on her previous UFO investigations from Missouri, and discuss her findings as lead investigator showing the evidence she’s compiled. Debbie will also touch on her UFO/USO training techniques, covering the many different aspects of locating underwater anomalies.
Chuck will lecture on Animal Mutilations focusing on his previous cases involving both cows and horses. Discussing investigative techniques, he’ll cover what types of evidence determines an actual mutilation, then run through the steps of the investigation. He’ll also talk about his termination from the Sheriff’s Department’s Reserve Unit for doing UFO/Paranormal Investigations.
Roswell Debris Site Investigative Procedures and Artifact Analysis:
Chuck and Debbie will talk about the 1947 Roswell incident and their field investigations procedures they’ve performed. They’ll be showing pictures from the two separate archeology digs they were a part of including some of the debris which was found there. Chuck and Debbie will also show up-to-date lab analysis on one of the artifacts they found and discuss the current lab results. They’ll talk about the on-going investigation into a possible new site found through one of their eye witnesses, and review the many theories of the crash and how it occurred.

Art brings to Kansas City and The
Midwest Conference new and very different research and materials. He
is one of the few writers who finds his UFO material in
archaeological-type digs. He will bring many items to the conference
for viewing. You can also touch and handle extra-terrestrial metals
from the site. Included will be a tiny shoe sole. Art's primary talk
will be on the strange metal foil shards and some fantastic coatings
found on each. These coatings contain known elements from our

Bio: Art Campbell has been interested in UFO research since the 1950's. He was an early NICAP investigator and chairman of a NICAP chapter in Kansas City, MO. A Navy veteran, he is a retired teacher and school administrator. Donald E. Keyhoe says: "It is impossible to name the hundreds who have been outstanding but I am especially indebted to Richard Hall and Mr. Arthur Campbell of the Kansas City NICAP affiliate."
In 1994, with a map from a local rancher, Art visited a UFO crash site on The Plains of San Augustin. He, with his partner Chuck Wade, have found a phenomenal amount of material and had it scientifically analyzed. In his book, UFO Crash at San Augustin containing over 100 photographs and lab analyses, Art has painstakingly documented the materials found at the site.
A published author from the Pacific northwest, Mr. Campbell's historical writings are mainly about pioneer history. These have been endorsed by the state's leading newspaper, the Oregonian, and Oregon Historical Society. Some of his work has been translated into Braille and some into talking books.
In1959, Art conducted an investigation for Donald Keyhoe and NICAP, into a contact claim by George Adamski, who visited the Kansas City area in 1958. Adamski claimed to have been whisked to Davenport, Iowa by flying saucer from the K.C. train yard. Art's thorough investigation of the train schedule, train crew, etc. proved the claim untrue. One of the early UFO writers said that, "Early on Campbell helped separate fiction from fantasy in the UFO field".

Government insider John Alexander has just
released his book “UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies, and Realities”
In
the book Alexander comes to the conclusion that UFOs are a real
phenomena that deserve serious scientific investigation.
However, Alexander concluded during his years of questioning intelligence, government, and industry officials about UFOs, that although there may be high officials who are interested there is no institutional interest in UFOs and no one is studying the phenomena. The government concludes Alexander is telling the truth, and there is no UFO cover-up.
This lecture will look at the rest of the story. It will detail which people, stories, and evidence Alexander left out of his book. New details on Alexander’s UFO Working Group will be revealed. The lecture will review the hard core evidence that there is a cover-up, and that the elected government may not be in control.
The lecture will also look at the most promising road for Ufology to follow to get results– a plan of action that is in agreement with John Alexander.
Bio:
Grant Cameron became involved in
Ufology in 1975 with personal sightings of an object which locally
became known as Charlie Red Star. The sightings occurred in Carman,
Manitoba. In the past few years Cameron has turned his research
interests to the involvement and actions of the President of the
United States in the UFO problem. He has made 20+ trips to the
National Archives and most of the various Presidential archives
looking for presidential UFO material.
One highlight of his presidential UFO research was the chance to question Vice-President Dick Cheney on his knowledge of the UFO subject. Another highlight of the presidential UFO research was a FOIA to the White House Office of Science and Technology which yielded 1,000 pages of UFO documents from the Clinton administration. Many of these findings have been written up on his website, www.presidentialufo.com. At present Cameron is awaiting almost 100 FOIA requests from the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas, related to the UFO related actions and policies inside the two Presidential terms of Bill Clinton.
